Richard Haggerty the author of Shatterproof Spirit.

He worked as a cybersecurity consultant, former military service member, endurance athlete, and dedicated father of two.

He loves to volunteer wherever he is. Mentoring, education and medical care are in his heart.    

Prior to living in Spain, he lived in Mexico. He volunteered with the local fire department and established sustainable programs supporting rural emergency medical services. Including Mexico’s only sustainable EpiPen program, saving many lives. He continues to manage this program today, from Spain.  

He now lives in Barcelona, Spain. He volunteers with formal language programs, tutoring English to the adult students of these programs.
